All Sneoy products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
